Smart Quartz’s obligations under this Warranty are limited solely and exclusively, at Smart Quartz’s absolute discretion, to either repair of the defective portion of the Product or replacement of the defective Product material. Smart Quartz does not guarantee that any repair or replacement will result in an exact color, pattern, or finish match due to natural mineral variation.

This warranty applies solely to Polarstone® quartz surfaces and does not apply to any other products including sinks, faucets or any other added appliance, as well as any other surfacing material (for example ceramic tile or solid surface), other engineered stone products manufactured or supplied by any other party except by Polarstone US.
