WAREHOUSE VISITOR WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY You are entering an active warehouse where stone slabs may weigh up to 1,200 pounds. By entering Gramaco Stone Source's warehouse at 8730C Greenwood Place, Savage, MD 20763 ("the Premises"), you agree to the following: 1.⁠ ⁠No Handling: I will not lift, move, or touch any slab or display. If I need to see a slab that's blocked from view, I will ask a Sales Assistant for help. 2.⁠ ⁠Safety Rules: I will stay alert, keep clear of forklifts and moving slabs, and follow all safety signs and instructions. I understand that forklift operators may not see me. 3.⁠ ⁠Age Requirement: I am over 18. (If accompanying minors, I accept full responsibility for their compliance with these rules.) No roller shoes, skateboards, or e-scooters are allowed. 4.⁠ ⁠Assumption of Risk: I understand that warehouses can be hazardous and that being here carries risks such as slips, falls, or contact with heavy or moving materials. I voluntarily accept these risks, including injury or property damage. 5.⁠ ⁠Release and Indemnity: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Gramaco Stone Source, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from my visit, including those caused by ordinary negligence. I agree to indemnify them against any claims related to my presence. 6.⁠ ⁠Acknowledgment: I have read and understand this Waiver and Release. I sign it voluntarily and understand that it limits my legal rights.
